If you no longer want to be a referred friend, simply inform the Customer Department accordingly, indicating the surname, first name and email address of the person who referred you. That person will be informed of your decision.

Yes, you can delete a referred friend. Please notify the Customer Department of your decision, indicating the surname, first name and email address of the referred friend in question, who will also be informed of your decision.

Click on FORGOTTEN YOUR PASSWORD? and enter your e-mail address. You will receive an e-mail with your password. 

If you use the software on-line, click on the "key" logo in the horizontal toolbar. Then click on "I create an account". 

If you use the software off-line to create an account with us you simply download our software and place your first order. To send your file to our server we will request your username and a password. Your account is then created.

When you download the software for the first time you will automatically receive an e-mail with your 25% discount code. If you do not receive the e-mail it is because the electronic address that you have entered is incorrect.

To change your e-mail address, simply send your old address and the new address to our Customer Service via our Contact form.

This secure space can be accessed only by customers.

You can use it:

- to track your order;

- to view the details of your orders (order number, date, amount paid per order, etc.);

- to recommend a product;

- to change your personal data (password, delivery address or language);

- to access the “Club” and check and exchange your Club points.

All you have to do is click the “Forgotten Password” link and enter your e-mail address on the next page. An e-mail will be sent to you immediately with your password.

The Club is our loyalty programme which has been put in place to offer as many advantages as possible to our customers. To join the Club, all you have to do is become a customer.

The Club enables customers:

- to save Club points;

- to exchange Club points for reduction codes or gifts;

- to introduce friends and receive Club points whenever they place an order.

Each order for Photobooks, Large Formats, Diaries, Greeting Cards and Postcards earns you a certain number of points. These Club points are credited once the order is finalized and paid. A Club point is valid for 2 years after its award.

Club points are calculated as follows:

-            €1 spent = 10 Club points earned.

-           Sponsorship: You collect 10% Club points for each order placed by each person you sponsor.

100 points Club = €1 to exchange

You must collect a minimum of 500 Club points to be able to exchange the credit. The Club points codes are valid 90 days from their creation.

To exchange your Club points go to My Account and click on button "Exchange my Club points" (in the section "The Club").

Our refer a friend system has two main advantages:

- You earn 1000 Club points for the first order placed by your referred friends.

- You can invite friends to discover our products with a 25% off “special offer”. They will thus become your referred friends.

To refer a friend all you have to do is use the form provided for that purpose in My Account. You can then track in My Account the Club Points earned via your referred friends.

Please note that in order to be recognised as being the person who referred you friend and to earn Club points, it is imperative that:

- your friend is not already a customer;

- your friend has not already been invited by another customer;

- when placing his/her first order, your friend enters your e-mail address in the box provided for that purpose (second stage of the online ordering process);

- your friend places his/her order via the e-mail address to which you sent your invitation with the promotional offer.

 

If these four conditions are not satisfied, the refer a friend system will not work. In addition, it will be technically impossible for us to activate the refer a friend system subsequently.
