The price varies according to several criteria (weight, size, form of delivery and country of destination). To get a clear picture of the delivery charges consult the pricing page.

It is certainly possible to batch the shipment of several identical copies in a single order.

However, for logistical reasons, it is impossible to batch shipment of different orders.

For each ordered copy it is possible to choose between different forms of delivery.

The orders are printed and shipped within 5 working days, i.e., Monday to Friday but not on weekends or Belgian public holidays, and this starting from confirmation of payment. Delivery times vary according to chosen form of delivery.

We offer 3/4 forms of delivery:

1. Postal delivery

This is an ordinary parcel consignment from our production depot via the surface mail service. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee the exact postal delivery times and we cannot give our customers a parcel tracking number to follow the progress of its delivery via the Internet.

2. Express delivery

This is a protected express consignment from our production depot. Express delivery guarantees that the parcel is delivered within 24hrs of collection in our depots. An order tracking number is also sent to our customers by e-mail a few hours after collection of our parcels. This allows him to visit the courier's site to check the exact status of his delivery.

3. Kiala point delivery

You select the local Kiala Point  closest to your home, your workplace or your daily run and you pick up your parcel when you are ready. You follow your parcel in real time on our partner's site. Once your parcel is available you are notified by e-mail. You parcel is systematically handed over to you on presentation of proof of identity and on electronic signature. This service is available via Kiala in the following countries:

Belgium, Luxemburg, France and Spain.

4. In-shop delivery

It is sometimes possible to have your order delivered in the shop or travel agency of your choice. Our customer can then collect his parcel when he is ready. This form of delivery may take up to 2 working days. The customer is contacted by telephone by his shop or travel agency to notify him that his parcel is available. (For Photo To Album only).

Your package was returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, because you did not collect your package within the deadline or for some other reason due to an error on your part. Under any of these circumstances, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping your package. You may, however, change the delivery method if you wish.

We make every effort to ensure that the orders arrive reach our customers in the best possible conditions. 

We pack our Photo Products in cardboard wrapped with plastic film for protection.

The Canvases are packed in cardboard boxes but, for better protection, we also cover them in plastic blister wrap.

For the Large Formats (Plexi, Dibond, Forex and Kadapak) in addition to the protective cardboard there are also corner guards and a foam film wrap on the products.

Delivery times are organized as follows:

Post : 2 to 3 / 10 to 12 working days.

Kiala : 2 - 4 working days.

Express : 1 - 2 working day.
