There are two reasons why you might not receive a reply from our Customer Service:

In the first instance you may not have been contacted via the contact form but simply entered some "Reply" in your outbox when you received our message. An e-mail will then have been set to an unread address. The only way to reply to us is to click on the link "Click here" provided for this purpose in the message sent by our Customer Service.

Secondly, it might be the case that our Customer Service has sent your mail to spam or unwanted mail. Please check for this. Please then put our e-mail address back in the list of authorized recipients.

Send us the code via our contact form and report the error message and which promotion the promotion code concerns. Explain briefly the conditions of the special offer that you received. We can then attend to your problem as quickly as possible.

Procedure to follw:

Take some photos of the problem with the pages concerned and send them to us via our Contact form. You can send us your photos compressed in a ZIP or Word file, this is generally easier. Make sure that your files do not exceed 3 Mo. Do not forget to state the order number.

1.         First check that your internet connection is functioning correctly. (If it does not function, go to step 2.).

2.          It is also possible that your firewall or anti-virus is not correctly configured (it blocks our program). Please configure it. You must authorize our internet site or our software in your anti-virus or firewall. 

3.          If you are still unable to download/install the software, use our ON-LINE SOFTWARE which is compatible with all platforms.

This explanation is valid for downloadable software only. The software and file of your photo book (extension ".abm ") do not contain your photos. The abm file sets the link where your photos are placed. If the images are (not) on your hard drive, your photos have been relocated, renamed or deleted. If the images are stored on a CD-ROM, please insert the CD in a CD reader and restart your creation in the software. If the images are stored on a USB stick, an external hard drive or network disk, reconnect and restart your creation in the software.

To avoid this problem do not move or rename the photos or the document.
